  • Are you a commercial, wedding or family portrait photographer looking for an “in” with local businesses to elevate your awareness? Then we might have the perfect arrangement for you. Social Magazines works directly with small businesses owners who need professional photography for their headshots, websites, social media, and where we come in – their advertising.

When a business buys a content ad from us, we send a professional photographer to their location for their portrait.

We pay $150 per shoot and we do all the work for you. We contact, schedule, reschedule, and confirm the appointments with the client, you simply take the photos. Typically we schedule 3-4 shoots per day and 1-2 days per issue, depending on your availability.

But the opportunity doesn’t end there. While we only need 1-2 photos for their advertisement, most photographers treat these sessions the same as they would any other client, often ending up with a lot more than a single portrait. After the initial portrait is selected and published in Social Magazines. Photographers send the entire gallery of portraits to the client to purchase additional prints. Many of our photographers use these simple portrait sessions as “door openers” and up sell their services for additional photography sessions with the client as they are always looking for more images, but we only cover the cost of this portrait for their ad.

Our advertisers trust us because they see the quality of photos we publish, so they trust the photographers we send and recommend even more. This is a great opportunity to get in the door at local businesses.
