Initially concepted as a complete guide outlining everything a resident may need to know about moving to St. Augustine, FL and surrounding St. Johns County, the area’s local city magazine shared the ins and outs of living in St. Augustine in one convenient place. The magazine evolved to offer spotlights on businesses and in 2019, decided to focus solely on advertising revenue to support its ability to reach 118,000 homes and businesses in the county through a direct mail, print model. This direct mail model increases advertisers exposure by almost 1,000% and has immediate effects of multiplying word-of-mouth business quickly with the stories that go deeper into each business highlighted.
